George Smith – Managing Broker

George Smith began his career in 2014 with Doral’s boutique Cornerstone International Realty. Known as the top producer in the firm, he has closed over $100M in sales and leases. As a result Mr. Smith was featured in publications such as the South Florida Business Journal, The Miami Herald and The Real Deal. His main focus is Industrial and Office Sales and Leasing, as well as Commercial Investments. Very well-seasoned in negotiations and maintains a high level of energy and confidence. His ability to fluently speak both English and Spanish has allowed him to easily explain himself with precision and detail to his clients and prospects, which relate to trust. His dedicated involvement in the church, resembles his true character traits in humbleness, diligence and trustworthiness.


Mr. Smith was born and raised in Miami, happily married to who he calls his best friend and perfect helper, Natasha. He has two precious daughters, a 2 year old named Gianna Sophia and a 2 month old, Emilia Julianna who are his pride and joy.

Michael Mandich – Managing Partner

He is a founding partner and combines a long history of working with leaders in many fields to create value.  Michael combines a resourceful energy and attention to detail to create upside for our business partners, investors and the communities served.  He has over 13 years of experience in a management position and has been an active real estate investor over that span of time.  His day to day functions include sourcing investments, acquisition, investor relations, legal, financial management, strategy and leading a great team. The Mandich Group has focused its investment strategy on acquiring Industrial Cold Storage assets and has completed over 220,000 sq/ft of purchases in the last year.  In addition to our managed investments we have also served as equity partners in several Multi-Family, Student Housing and Hard Money lending opportunities.  Michael served as the CEO of the Dolphins Cancer Challenge for five years raising sponsorship and fundraising over 600% during his tenure.  When Michael started as the CEO it was coming off of a year raising $1,070,000. During the most recent year fundraising $6 Million and has for the last four years been the largest fundraiser in the NFL.  His role consisted of building a dedicated team, fundraising, marketing, public relations, planning and sponsorship which helped raise millions of dollars for cancer research. In five years his leadership was instrumental in raising over $22.5 million for Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center.


Michael graduated from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor in 2005 and was a letterman on UM’s Football team.  During his career he won Two Big Ten Championships and played in two Rose Bowl’s. He enjoys an active lifestyle for which he completed an Ironman, Several Ironman 70.3’s, Marathon’s and Half Marathon’s.


He is married to a great woman in Christina with a young son Thomas and a soon to be little girl.

Mark Mandich – Partner

Mark is a founding partner managing the areas operations and insurancefor the company and its investments. He comes to the company with 10 years of experience working in the commercial construction industry, starting as a project manager to gaining the role of vice president for a successful specialty flooring company located in Miami, FL. The projects he managed ranged from small renovations to large pharmaceutical plants and performance halls. His role is now similar at the Mandich Group, where he is handling the day-to-day operations and all that encompasses running projects successfully and efficiently. With Cold Storage being the focus and the heavy equipment involved with such an operation, efficiency and proactiveness are key components to the proper functioning of the buildings. Managing Close to $1,500,000 in construction and renovations in the past year has kept Mark happily busy.


Mark graduated from Wittenberg University in 2007 where he was a 4 year letterman on the football team. He enjoyed an NCAC conference championship and was an All-Conference offensive tackle. His hobbies now are golf, flying, and enjoying life to the fullest extent possible.


His partner in crime is Suzanne Schachter, a very beautiful and successful attorney with an office in West Palm Beach.

Nick Mandich – Managing Partner

As Mandich Group’s partner, Nick oversees company financials, back-end logistics and organization, leasing activity, tenant relations, marketing and new business development for the company’s portfolio. His whole focus is keeping all companies managed by Mandich Group organized and stable and growing financially. He has over five years of experience in business-to-business marketing, corporate partnerships and is a licensed real estate sales associate. Prior to Mandich Group, Nick has served as President of MZM Productions where he managed the Miami Dolphins Touchdown Club, a weekly networking luncheon for 150 business professionals and owned the Sunday Morning Sports Page and Weekly Fisherman radio shows on WQAM. He attributes his success to a strong focus on cultivating and nurturing mutually beneficial and lasting relationships with clients, industry innovators and others in the South Florida community.


Nick holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, CT where he played tight end for the Owls. He believes personal integrity is as important as executive skill in business dealings.


He is soon to be married in Highlands, NC to his amazing fiancé, Sara Teeter.

Seth Woods Commercial/Industrial Advisor

Seth Woods is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor with a passion for helping people. After moving to Miami from California in 2008, he attended The Frost School of Music at The University of Miami on a scholarship. Upon graduation Seth continued his professional music career and took on a management and performance role for an international live music performance company, IML. Under his direction, IML saw a 20x increase in events throughout South Florida and the Caribbean. After the birth of his second child, Seth changed careers and applied his strong work ethic, creativity, and customer focused approach to his passion for Commercial Real Estate. After starting out at Beacon Commercial Realty and gaining his footing in the CRE business, he then moved to Mandich Real Estate Advisors where he currently specializes in Industrial and Office Investment Sales and Leasing.

Adrian Orgill – Commercial RE Advisor

Adrian is Jamaican by birth and has been raised in Miami since 1985. He enjoys calling Miami home. He has an extensive Background in Hospitality management which has fueled his love for food and wine. Adrian was Introduced to real estate in the early 2000’s. He began his career as a mortgage broker and then transitioned to general real estate in early 2009. He has brought his passion for hospitality and serving others into the real estate arena which has been the backbone of his success. Adrian enjoys introducing clients to new and creative forms of real estate investing as well as teaching about financial freedom through real estate. He Specializes in Commercial and residential real estate investment opportunities.

Julio Navarro – Commercial RE Advisor

Julio Navarro is a licensed real estate agent who specializes in Commercial Real Estate in Miami’s Urban Core. Julio Navarro joined Mandich Real Estate Advisors to follow his passion for Real Estate after almost two decades of experience in IT consulting and sales. As a prior business owner of his own IT consulting firm, Julio understands client needs in the commercial space. With numerous Commercial transactions under his belt, Julio has created a strong understanding and passion for Tenant Representation, Landlord Representation, and Acquisitions Services. He has a track record of building strong partnerships and creating maximum value for each client’s experience. His ability to fluently speak both English and Spanish furthers his ability to find the best deals for his clients.

He is a proud father of two. His son, Lucas and his daughter Lucia Navarro.

Mayi Steinberg – Director of Leasing

Mayi is a real estate broker with over 30 years of experience in commercial and industrial real estate. Mayi started her career in real estate with the Allen Morris Company. She also was a broker associate for Helmsley Spear of Florida, later opening her own company.
